Cary Adams had decades of experience as a healthcare lawyer (in DC and California) representing all aspects of the healthcare industry in regulatory and corporate matters, and disputes arising therefrom, and nearly twenty years experience in early stage med tech investing. He was one of the earliest investors in Clario Medical and in Patient Safe Solutions. He was the founding President of the Sacramento Angels, and is Chair Emeritus of SARTA’s MedStart Program. He was the visionary behind Almond Tree Capital. Cary served on the boards of directors of Trivirum, and of the Northern California PET Imaging Center and its Optical Tracers program. Cary held a BA from the University of Virginia, and his JD degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Maryland Law Review.
Christian is the founder and Managing Partner of The MarkeTech Group, LLC, a prominent marketing consultant to the global med tech industry, with offices on three continents and a client list that includes many of the biggest companies in med tech: GEHC, Siemens, Philips, Medtronic, Abbott, BD , Leica Biosystems, etc. He is a standard setter in market analysis, go-to-market strategy, pricing strategy, and the process by which existing clinical pathways may be disrupted by new innovations. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and has made his own angel investments and mentored many early-stage companies. With offices and homes in Northern California and France, Christian is uniquely qualified to facilitate an initial European market strategy. Christian serves on the board of directors of the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy and Trivium, and Photonicare as well as Moving Analytics (board observer), and is part of the business advisory board of Promaxo.
